Bind Socket (Vincular socket)

Este registro devuelve datos relacionados con el momento en el que un proceso hace una llamada para vincular un socket a una dirección local. Esto se suele llevar a cabo cuando un proceso quiere escuchar las conexiones de red entrantes de un puerto concreto.
