When we're ready to upgrade our Jamf Pro instance hosted in Jamf Cloud, we can do so directly from Jamf Account. This video goes through a quick walkthrough of how to upgrade a Jamf Pro instance.
Note:
If the Upgrade button for your Jamf Pro instance is grayed out, this typically indicates a mass upgrade is coming soon. Upgrades through Jamf Account are only available within a certain time frame between releases and mass upgrades.
