A software title patch is used to outline software title version information, and one patch is equivalent to one software title version (i.e., a new patch must be created for each version of the software title in question). For more information, see Patch Definitions.

  1. From the Patch Definitions page, click the software title, and then click the Patches tab.
  2. Click New, and then click Create.
  3. Enter the information for your software title into the following text fields:

    • Version

    • Release date

    • Minimum Operating System

  4. Choose "Yes" or "No" from the Standalone and Reboot pop-up menus.
  5. Click Save.

To create a software title patch for Google Chrome, perform the following:

  1. Type the following into the appropriate text fields:

    Version: 91.0.4472.101

    Minimum Operating System: 10.10

  2. Choose "Yes" from the Standalone pop-up menu and "No" from the Reboot pop-up menu.

  3. Click Save.
