Employee Badge leverages SwiftConnect, an access provider solution, to facilitate secure access to buildings, offices, or other enabled services. You must confirm that your SwiftConnect account is integrated with your Jamf Security Cloud portal.
In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to to verify your SwiftConnect Base URL, Application ID, and Origo UUID are displayed in the Manage your Employee Badge provider section.
