The Employee Badge feature for Jamf Trust and Jamf Security Cloud is deprecated. Existing configurations using an Employee Badge activation profile will continue to operate until the end of 2026. It is no longer possible to create new configurations with an Employee Badge activation profile in Jamf Security Cloud.

Employee Badge for Jamf Trust allows users to securely access buildings, offices, and other services enabled by your organization's access control systems using their iOS device via their Apple Wallet.

Employee Badge for Jamf Trust involves the following steps:

  1. Confirm your Jamf Security Cloud portal is integrated with SwiftConnect.

  2. Create an Activation Profile in Jamf Security Cloud.

  3. Distribute the Jamf Trust app using Jamf Pro.

  4. Instruct employees in your organization to add Employee Badge to their Apple Wallet.
