Use Jamf Pro to configure and distribute the Jamf Trust for iOS app. This involves downloading a managed app configuration file for the app from Jamf Security Cloud, and then adding the managed app configuration to the app in Jamf Pro.
You can deploy the app to both supervised and unsupervised devices.
In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Devices > Activation profiles.
Select the Employee Badge activation profile.
In the Managed deployment section, select Jamf Pro.
In App configuration, download the iOS and iPadOS device managed app configuration file.
In Jamf Pro, click Devices in the sidebar.
Click Mobile device apps in the sidebar.
Click New.
Select App Store app or apps purchased in volume , and choose your App Store Country or Region from the pop-up menu.
Click Next.
In the Search field, enter Jamf Trust.
Click Next to search for the app.
Locate the Jamf Trust app in the search results, and then click Add.
Click App Configuration, then copy and paste in the code from the managed app configuration file downloaded previously.
Click the Scope tab and configure the scope.
This allows you to control which devices receive the app. For more information, see Scope.
Click Save .
The Jamf Trust app is now pushed to your iOS device via Jamf Pro.
