This guide is designed for IT administrators integrating on-premise or Jamf Cloud-hosted instances of Jamf Pro with DigiCert ONE Trust Lifecycle Manager or DigiCert PKI Platform 8 to manage PKI certificates issued by DigiCert as a third-party certificate authority (CA).
DigiCert's support for PKI Platform 8 is scheduled to end on 01 October 2025. If you are currently using PKI Platform 8, Jamf recommends planning out a transition to DigiCert ONE Trust LifeCycle Manager as soon as possible to ensure continued certificate management capabilities. Transitioning certificate issuance from PKI Platform 8 to DigiCert® ONE
You can use Jamf Pro's PKI Certificates settings to configure a DigiCert integration. Each configuration is unique to your environment, and additional steps may be necessary. After DigiCert has been configured as a third-party CA, you can issue DigiCert certificates to MDM-capable computers and mobile devices enrolled with Jamf Pro.
