To uninstall Java 11 on Windows, refer to the following instructions for your server's currently installed distribution of Java.

OpenJDK 11
Open Control Panel.
Click Uninstall a program.
Select Java from the list of programs.
Click Uninstall.
When prompted, click Yes to continue.
Repeat these steps for any additional iterations of Java appearing in the list of programs.
