Cache Configuration Error

You can receive this error if you are using Ehcache when clustering is enabled.

To correct this issue, enable Memcached and restart Jamf Pro. For more information, see the Memcached Installation and Configuration for Jamf Pro Environments article.

Error Creating the Certificate Authority (CA) Certificate

You can receive this error if there is more than one CA certificate in the database table, a problem generating a new CA certificate, or a database issue with one of the following:

  • Cannot lock the CA certificate table
  • Cannot insert the new CA certificate
  • Cannot read the existing CA certificate
To correct this issue, contact Jamf Support.
Error Updating the Database Schema

You can receive this error during the database schema upgrade. The error can occur at the following steps:

  • Renaming tables
  • Renaming columns
  • Updating coding for tables
  • Modifying tables
  • Creating new tables

To correct this issue, contact Jamf Support. Do not restart or stop Tomcat, or restart the computer.
