You may need to configure the SSO lifetime setting in AD FS, which must match the Token Expiration setting in Jamf Pro's SSO settings.

  1. Open the AD FS Management Console.
  2. Select Edit Federation Service Properties.
  3. On the General tab, set a Web SSO lifetime property.
  4. Set SSO lifetime.

The value in AD FS should match the Token Expiration field in Jamf Pro. By default, it is set to 480 minutes.

For more information on token lifetimes, see the Configurable token lifetimes in the Microsoft identity platform (preview) documentation from Microsoft.
