You may experience issues with managed software updates that require the feature to be reset manually. For example, resetting the feature may help resolve issues with software update plans that get stuck and do not install as expected. To reset the feature, use the Use new feature switch in the top-right corner of the page to turn the feature off. After the feature has been turned off, click Enable to turn the feature back on.
Important:
Resetting managed software updates will delete plan details. Plan details can be used to troubleshoot the feature, so consider contacting Jamf Support before resetting.
