Re-enrolling a Mobile Device with a Removable MDM Profile

  1. Tap the Remove Management button to remove the MDM profile from the device.
  2. Re-enroll the device using either Automated Device Enrollment if you want to erase the device or Device Enrollment (user-initiated enrollment) if you do not want to erase the device.

    • For Automated Device Enrollment, erase the device using Erase All Content And Settings, and then re-enroll the device via Automated Device Enrollment.

    • Use Device Enrollment if you do not want to erase the device.

      Note:

      Management can be removed from the device using this method.

The MDM profile will be reinstalled during the enrollment process.
