Jamf Pro 10.14.0–11.2.0 requires Java 11 for server environments. You will need to ensure your Jamf Pro server is running one of the supported distributions of Java 11 before upgrading.
Note:
Java 11 is not compatible with Jamf Pro 10.13.0 or earlier. Please wait until you are ready to upgrade to Jamf Pro 10.14.0 before migrating to Java 11 on your Jamf Pro server
When you are ready to upgrade, you can migrate to a supported distribution of Java 11 on your Jamf Pro server. This migration consists of the following steps:
Stopping Tomcat
Uninstalling Java 8
Installing Java 11
Upgrading Jamf Pro
