If you used Jamf Pro to enable organization-based Activation Lock, you can send a remote command to disable it.
Note:
You can also use a mass action to disable device-based Activation Lock on multiple mobile devices at the same time. For more information, see Mass Actions for Mobile Devices.
- In Jamf Pro, click Devices in the sidebar.
- Perform a simple or advanced mobile device search.
- Click the mobile device you want disable organization-based Activation Lock on.
- Click the Management tab, and then click the Set Activation Lock command.
- Select Disable and prevent Activation Lock and then click Set Activation Lock.
Organization-based Activation Lock is disabled and user-based Activation Lock is prevented on the device.
