Jamf strives to make upgrades go smoothly as possible, but on rare occasions an environment will react negatively to an upgrade. As proponents of precautionary testing, we will provide a "Development" license key for the purpose of setting up a test Jamf Pro instance. To obtain a "Development" license key (also known as a sandbox activation code), contact your Jamf account representative or create a request via Jamf Support with "Sandbox activation code request" in the subject.
