Set up the PingOne application to provide necessary configuration information for Jamf Pro.

  1. Log in to your PingOne for Enterprise portal as a user with administrator privileges and navigate to Applications > My Applications.
  2. From the My Applications tab, click Add Application and choose New SAML Application.
  3. Complete in the Application Details section:
    1. Enter Jamf Pro for the application name.
    2. Enter a description and select a category for the application.
  4. Click Continue to Next Step.
  5. For the Application Configuration settings, select I have the SAML configuration.
  6. Next to SAML Metadata, click Download to download the metadata file, or copy the Download URL.
  7. Keep the current page open while you continue to enable SSO in Jamf Pro.
