  1. Open the Start menu and navigate to Settings > Accounts > Other users.
  2. Click Add someone else to this PC.
  3. Right-click Users, and then click New User.
  4. Enter the account information for the read-only account or the read-write account.
  5. Deselect the User must change password at next logon checkbox.
  6. Select the User cannot change password and Password never expires options.
  7. Click Create.
  8. Repeat steps 1–7 to create the second account.

    For example, if you created the read-only account, repeat these steps to create the read-write account.
