Requirements
An Exchange administrator with at least Organization Management permissions is required to configure permissions in Exchange admin center.
- Open a new browser tab and navigate to the Exchange Admin Center.
- In the sidebar under Recipients, click Groups > Mail-enabled security > Add a group.The Add a group assistant opens.
- In the Basics window, enter a display name for the group in the Name field, and then click Next.Example:

- In the Owners window, select the Exchange administrator accounts that should have permissions to manage the group, and then click Next.
- In the Members window select the Exchange user accounts that should be included in the group, and then click Next.
Jamf Pro will be able to send emails on behalf of members in this group.
- In the Settings window, use the Group email address and Domains fields to create an email address for the group. Copy this combination to a secure location, and then click Next.
- Under Approval, select the Require owner approval to join the group checkbox, and then click Next.
- On the Finish step, click Create group.
