You can configure Jamf Pro 11.4.0 or later to send email notifications using Microsoft Graph API and modern authentication. Doing so involves the following steps:
Creating an app registration in Microsoft Entra for Jamf Pro
Configuring permissions in Exchange admin center
Creating a new service principal using PowerShell

Configuring Jamf Pro to use Microsoft Graph API requires administrative access to your organization's Microsoft accounts. If you do not have access, contact your organization's Microsoft Entra administrator for assistance before beginning.
