Requirements
If the Web Server (IIS) role is not already activated, add the Web Server (IIS) role using Server Manager.
- Select from the Start menu.
- Click Add roles and features from the dashboard, and then click Next.
- Select Role-based or feature based installation, and then click Next.
- Ensure the intended server is selected, and then click Next.
- Select Web Server (IIS).
Ensure that the include management tools checkbox is selected.
- Click Add Features, and then click Next three times.
- Select the Basic Authentication checkbox, and then click Next.
- Click Install.
