Self Service+ for mobile is an end user application that allows users to access content and updates that are preconfigured in Jamf Pro. In addition to acting as an enhancement to the current version of Self Service, Self Service+ provides a streamlined end user experience by allowing Jamf platform capabilities to be consolidated into a single app.

Using Self Service+, end users can do the following:

  • Browse, search, and install configuration profiles, App Store apps, and books.

  • View device security status in the Security dashboard if the capability is configured in the Jamf Security Cloud portal.

  • Receive real-time security alerts via notifications if the capability is configured in the Jamf Security Cloud portal.

Self Service+ can be configured from Jamf Pro in the same way as Self Service classic. To configure Self Service+ settings in Jamf Pro, navigate to Settings > Self Service > iOS.
