Use this process to enable security capabilities for Self Service+. This process involves downloading a configuration profile from the Jamf Security Cloud dashboard and deploying it to your devices.

  1. Navigate to the Jamf Security Cloud portal.
  2. Select Devices > Activation profiles.
  3. Click Create profile and choose "Self Service+ app".
  4. Make a profile with the following configuration:
    1. Under Service capabilities, select Network security.
    2. Choose Without identity provider and Assign random identifiers.

    Options that are not supported for Self Service+ are unavailable.

  5. Enter a name for your profile.
  6. In the Deployment pane, define your device group for deployment by doing the following:
    1. Under Select your UEM integration, choose "Jamf Pro".
    2. Under Select your OS, choose "Managed Deployment: iOS and iPadOS unsupervised"
    3. Under Configuration profiles, choose "Download configuration profile".
  7. Click Save and create and download the configuration profile.

Upload the configuration profile to Jamf Pro or another MDM solution and scope it to your devices.
