You can install Self Service+ on managed computers by using a policy in Jamf Pro to deploy the Self Service+ PKG.

Note:

The Self Service+ PKG can also be deployed using an MDM solution other than Jamf Pro. For more information, see Considerations for Environments without Jamf Pro.

  1. In the Jamf Account portal, go to Add-Ons and click Self Service+.
  2. Click Download.

    The Self Service+ PKG downloads immediately.

  3. Add the downloaded package to Jamf Pro. For more information, see Package Management in the Jamf Pro Documentation.
  4. Create a policy to deploy and install Self Service+. For instructions, see Package Deployment in the Jamf Pro Documentation.
Self Service+ is deployed to the Applications folder of the end user device. If an older version of Self Service+ was installed on the device, the newly deployed PKG will override it.
