Jamf Compliance Editor can automatically upload your guidance for macOS as configuration profiles, extension attributes, and compliance scripts to Jamf Pro.

Requirements

You will need the Jamf Pro Server URL, your ClientID, and secret.

A Jamf Pro API Client with the follow roles and privileges are required to utilize this feature:

  1. In Jamf Compliance Editor, click Jamf Pro Upload.
  2. Complete the following fields.
    • Display Name

    • Jamf Pro Server URL

    • ClientID

    • Secret

  3. Confirm that all the security settings are selected:
    • The compliance script. The script uses the naming convention <OperatingSystem>_<baseline>. For example, Sonoma_cis_lvl1.

    • The configuration profiles

    • The extension attributes

  4. Click Add.

The compliance script, configuration profiles, and extension attributes are uploaded to Jamf Pro using the naming convention Sonoma_cis_lvl1 .
