Configure your threat prevention policy in the Jamf Security Cloud portal to prevent web-based threats such as phishing, cryptojacking, and malicious network activity.

  1. In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Policies > Security > Threat prevention policy.
  2. On the screen that appears, click Apply Smart Policy to apply suggested security default settings.
  3. Click Mobile under Filter by platform.
  4. Review the pre-configured policies and modify to fit your organization's security requirements.
  5. Click Save in the top-right corner of the page.
Your threat prevention policy is configured and will begin protecting your devices from threats. To test your threat prevention policy, use a non-production device to navigate to a safe testing site, such as https://malware.threatops.co.uk. Your browser should automatically redirect to a block page. Then, in your Jamf Security Cloud portal, navigate to Report > Security > Threat view to confirm that a phishing threat was just blocked on your device.
