Ensure That Computers Run Your Required Security Software
Jamf Trust now includes a key (requiredEndpointsAgents) that you can enable for additional security. With this key enabled, Jamf Private Access operates on a computer only if your organization's required security software is running. Your security software may include an Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and/or antivirus software.
If the required software isn't running on a computer, Jamf Private Access is disabled and the user can't enable it. Instead, they encounter the screen below, including next steps.
Resolved Issue
After a computer wakes up from sleep mode, internet traffic now passes through Jamf Private Access. Previously, an issue prevented this.
