If your Workspace One infrastructure is configured to limit REST access to trusted IPs only (as defined in ), you must add UEM Connect IPs to permit inbound access.
These IPs are assigned based on your company's location, which you can find in Jamf Security Cloud under . They will appear in the lower-right part of the configuration wizard screen.
Note:
You may need to click Configure to see these IPs if you have previously configured UEM Connect.
- Enter these IPs in the Network tab within the REST API settings, if required.
- Click Save.
- Create a rule allowing inbound traffic on port TCP/443 and TCP/80 to your Workspace ONE instance.
