    UEM Connect for Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile does not support Windows or macOS.

  • Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile (Ivanti EPMM) (formerly known as MobileIron Core) version 9.2 or later.

  • A Ivanti Secure UEM or Secure UEM Premium license.

  • Console administrator privileges in Ivanti.

    Jamf recommends that you create a dedicated account with the required permissions

  • A strong understanding of Ivanti labels.

  • Super Admin privileges in Jamf Security Cloud.

  • The ability to create network firewall exceptions.
