Ivanti defines the scope of their administrator users in Device Spaces. At this time, Jamf Security Cloud only supports creation of the Jamf administrator at the Global Scope space due to the complexity introduced when multiple spaces are used.

  1. In the Ivanti web interface, click Admin.
  2. Locate the user you created previously, and select it.
  3. Click Actions at the top of the screen, then select Assign to Space.
  4. In Select Space select "Global".
  5. Specify the following capabilities checking each of the following:

    • Device Management > Manage Devices, restricted

    • Device Management > Force Device Check-in

    • Device Management > Apply and Remove Device Label

    • Device Management > Edit custom device attribute values

    • Privacy Control > View apps and iBooks in Device Details

    • Label Management > View Label

    • Label Management > Manage Label

    • User Management > View User

    • App Management > Distribute Apps

    • Configuration Management > Apply and Remove Configuration Label

    • Policy Management > Apply and Remove Policy Label

    • Settings and Service Management > Manage Custom Attributes

    • Other Roles > API

  6. Click Save.
