  1. Sign in to Jamf Security Cloud as a Super Admin, and choose the portal that you want to configure UEM Connect with.
  2. Navigate to Integrations > UEM Connect.
  3. Click Configure then choose the Ivanti Neurons for MDM platform.
  4. Enter the API username and password for the API user created previously.
  5. Click Test and Save.
  6. Confirm the device partition that you would like to use.
    Note:

    Jamf recommends that you use the highest level partition available to allow you to enroll to any devices.

  7. (Optional) If you have additional portals to configure, you do not need to repeat all these steps for every portal. Instead, repeat step 3 and enter the same API username and password details for each Jamf Security Cloud portal.
    Once the integration is complete for

    Ivanti Neurons for MDM (Ivanti N-MDM) (formerly known as MobileIron Cloud), devices are synced and then automatically synced every hour by default.

You will now see your portal's UEM Connect information and settings, including the provisioning group information.
