  1. Navigate to Setup > Portal Administration > Administrators.
  2. Click Add Administrator.
  3. Select MaaS360 Local Credentials for the Authenticate Using field.
  4. Ensure that you enter a valid email address and select a username.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the Jamf API role and move it to the right column.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Confirm that all the information is correct then click Save.
  9. Re-enter your password when prompted.

    An email with a password generation link is sent to the email address.

  10. Click the link to finalize administrator creation by setting up a password and filling in the profile information.

The new administrator will appear on the Administrators page (Setup > Portal Administration > Administrators), with an Authentication Status of Successful.
