When you add new devices to a provisioning group or policy, there can be a delay of up to 24 hours before the policy takes effect. This is because of IBM MaaS360's syncing mechanisms, some of which only run once every 24 hours.
If the deployment is time sensitive, you can manually refresh device groups to speed up this process.
- Navigate to in MaaS360.
- Find your Jamf Private group, then click Refresh.
- Click OK on the warning message to proceed.
