  1. In Citrix Endpoint Management, navigate to Manage > Users
  2. Select Add Local User.
  3. Enter a user name (for example, "Jamf API") and set a strong password.

    Store this password for future use.

  4. Select the Role "Jamf API".
  5. Click Save.
