Requirements
Apple devices that are enrolled with Jamf School.
Note:

If you have a combination of iOS (and iPadOS) and macOS devices, you must repeat this process for each device type.

  1. Log in to Jamf School.
  2. Click Profiles in the side bar.
  3. Click Create Profile.
  4. Select iOS or macOS, depending on the devices you want to push the profile to.
  5. Click Device Enrollment, then click Next.
  6. Enter a name for the profile, then click Next.
  7. Leave Use time filter deselected and click Finish.
  8. Click Restrictions under iOS payload or macOS payload, depending on the platform you are deploying to.
  9. Click Configure.
  10. Under Functionality, deselect the Allow iCloud Private Relay checkbox.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Under General, click Scope and select the appropriate settings to distribute the configuration profile to the required devices.
    Note:

    For macOS devices, you may need to restart the device after distributing the configuration profile to finish disabling iCloud Private Relay.

Apple iCloud Private Relay is disabled for the devices.
