Once you have pushed the Jamf Trust app to your iOS and iPadOS devices via BlackBerry UEM, you can create a UEM configuration profile to push a traffic vectoring profile to these devices.
- In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Devices > Activation Profiles.
- Select the required Activation Profile.
- In the Managed Deployment area, select BlackBerry UEM.
- Save the required UEM configuration file.Note:
There are two configuration files for iOS and iPadOS devices: one for supervised devices, and one for unsupervised. Select the one that applies to your devices. If you have both supervised and unsupervised devices, run through this process twice to create configuration profiles for both types
- Log in to BlackBerry UEM.
- Navigate to Policies and Profiles > Custom > Custom Payload.
- Click + to add a new Custom Profile.
- Enter a Name, for example, "Jamf Trust Supervised Profile" or "Jamf Trust Unsupervised Profile".
- Enter a Description.
- In the Payload Code field, paste the content of the file you downloaded previously from Jamf Security Cloud, then click Add.
- Open the Custom Payload you have just created, and select the Assigned to 0 Groups tab.
- Assign this configuration to all the supervised or unsupervised devices you have pushed the application to.
- Click Save.
- If you have a mixed fleet of supervised and unsupervised devices, repeat the above steps for the other profile type as needed.
