Without the Jamf Trust block page CA certificate file added in the MaaS360 UEM, end users will not receive the Jamf Trust block page. Instead, they will only receive an alert from Jamf Trust which indicates the content was blocked.

Requirements
  • Access to your Jamf Security Cloud portal

  • Access to your IBM MaaS360 admin console

  • An existing Android MDM security policy in your IBM MaaS360 admin console

  1. Log in to your Jamf Security Cloud portal.
  2. Navigate to Devices > Activation profiles.
  3. Select the activation profile with devices you wish to configure block pages for.
  4. In the Managed deployment section under Select your UEM solution, select IBM MaaS360.
  5. Click Android.
  6. In the Android on IBM MaaS360 section, expand the Block Page certificate section.
  7. Click Download Block Page certificate.

You can now continue the steps found in Uploading policy files to the IBM MaaS360 Portal (IBM) to create a policy file containing the block page CA certificate. Once the policy file in IBM MaaS360 is complete, you must enable the certificate in the policy settings for your Android devices. For more information, see Configuring policy settings for an Android Enterprise device (IBM).

Upon publishing the updates to your security policy in IBM MaaS360, managed devices with the Android security policy will now see block pages when accessing blocked or restricted content based on Jamf Security Cloud policy configurations.
