Follow these steps to configure the iOS and iPadOS version of the Jamf Trust app in Jamf Now. Once configured, you can deploy the app to both supervised and unsupervised devices.
Important:

If you have Shared iPads in your environment, do not install the Jamf Trust app on these devices. You only need to distribute an activation profile to enable portal capabilities. For more information about Shared iPads, see Shared iPad overview from Apple Platform Deployment.

Note:

Jamf Now does not support managed app configuration along with iOS/iPadOS apps. Jamf Trust will use the activation data in the configuration profile.

  1. In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Devices > Activation Profiles.
  2. Select the required Activation Profile.
  3. Log in to Jamf Now.
  4. Follow the deployment steps in Deploying an App for a Single Device in the Jamf Now Documentation.
  5. Choose Jamf Trust when selecting the app.
  6. Click Save.
