Requirements

Locate the app configuration keys and values for iOS and iPadOS devices for BlackBerry UEM:

  1. In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Devices > Activation Profiles.

  2. From the list of Activation Profiles, select the one you want to use for your devices. The details of the profile are displayed.

  3. Select BlackBerry UEM from the list of UEM solutions.

  4. Click iOS / iPadOS Managed App Configuration

  5. Click Show App Configuration.

  6. Copy and paste the displayed values to a text file for use during this process.
    Important:

    If you have Shared iPads in your environment, do not install the Jamf Trust app on these devices. You only need to distribute an activation profile to enable portal capabilities. For more information about Shared iPads, see Shared iPad overview from Apple Platform Deployment.

  1. Log in to BlackBerry UEM.
  2. Click Add an App.
  3. Select Apple App Store, then search for the Jamf Trust app (or Wandera app for legacy Activation Profiles).
  4. Click Add.
  5. Under Supported Device Form Factor, select iPhone or iPad.
  6. Uncheck the Removable app box.
  7. Select Remove the app from the device when the device is removed from BlackBerry UEM and Disable iCloud backup for the app.
  8. Under App Configuration, enter the keys and values obtained previously, then click Add.
  9. Locate Jamf Trust in the app list, and click it.
  10. Select the Assigned to... Groups tab.
  11. Select all the groups you want to deploy the app to.
  12. Click Save, then Close.
