Requirements

Locate the app configuration keys and values for Android devices for Ivanti Neurons for MDM (Ivanti N-MDM) (MobileIron Cloud):

  1. In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Devices > Activation Profiles.

  2. From the list of Activation Profiles, select the one you want to use for your devices. The details of the profile are displayed.

  3. Select Ivanti Neurons for MDM from the list of UEM services.

  4. Click iOS / iPadOS Managed App Configuration.

  5. Click Show App Configuration.

  1. Log in to the Ivanti N-MDM admin console.
  2. Click Apps > App Catalog, then click Add.
  3. Select the Android store and search for the Jamf Trust app.
  4. Select the app.
  5. Approve the permissions and allow the permissions to stay approved when changes are made, then click Next.
  6. On the Describe page, click Next.
  7. Delegate the app to all spaces, then click Next.
  8. On the Distribute page, select one or multiple groups that you wish to push the application to, then click Next.
  9. On the Configure page, modify the Install Application configuration settings as required and ensure that Install on Device is enabled.
  10. Under the Install on Device field, click + to add a configuration
  11. Specify a Name for the configuration.
  12. Specify the devices to which the configuration will be deployed.
  13. Under Managed Configurations for Android, create a new configuration.
  14. Specify a Name for the configuration.
  15. Enter the App Configuration settings copied from Jamf Security Cloud previously.
  16. Click Save.
