Requirements

Locate the app configuration keys and values for Android devices in Citrix Endpoint Management:

  1. In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Devices > Activation Profiles.

  2. From the list of Activation Profiles, select the one you want to use for your devices. The details of the profile are displayed.

  3. Select Citrix Endpoint Management from the list of UEM solutions.

  4. Click Android Managed App Configuration

  5. Click Show App Configuration.

  6. Copy and paste the keys and values to a text file for use during this process.

  1. Log in to Citrix Endpoint Management.
  2. Navigate to Configure > Apps.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select Public App Store.
  5. Select Android for Work on the left-hand side of the page, and de-select all other options.
  6. Enter the name "Jamf Trust", then click Next.
  7. Accept any approvals as requested.
  8. Expand the Deployment Rules section and select the appropriate rules.
  9. Under Delivery Group Assignments, select the users that should receive the app.
  10. Configure your preferred Deployment Schedule, then click Save.
  11. Navigate to Configure > Device Policies.
  12. Select Android Enterprise, then click Android Enterprise Managed Configurations.
  13. In the Select Application ID window appears, choose "Jamf Trust" (or "Wandera" for legacy Activation Profiles) from the list, then click OK.
  14. Enter a Policy Name, for example, "Jamf Trust AE app config".
  15. For each Parameter Name and Parameter Value pair, copy and paste the keys and values previously obtained from Jamf Security Cloud.
    Note:

    For on-premise Citrix installations, replace the ${device.uniqueid} value for ExternalId with ${device.id}

  16. Configure the Assignment Groups to match the Delivery Groups selected previously.
  17. Click Save.
