Requirements

Locate the app configuration keys and values for Android devices for BlackBerry UEM:

  1. In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Devices > Activation Profiles.

  2. From the list of Activation Profiles, select the one you want to use for your devices. The details of the profile are displayed.

  3. Select BlackBerry UEM from the list of UEM solutions.

  4. Click Android Managed App Configuration

  5. Click Show App Configuration.

  6. Copy and paste the displayed values to a text file for use during this process.

Ensure that you have configured support for Android Enterprise devices in Blackberry UEM.

  1. Log in to BlackBerry UEM.
  2. Click Add an App.
  3. Select Google Play, then search for the Jamf Trust app.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click Approve to approve all permissions on behalf the end users.
  6. Under Approval Settings, select Keep approved when app requests new permissions, then click Done.
  7. In the Send to drop-down field, select the users you want to receive the Jamf Trust app.
  8. Select Automatically update app on Android Enterprise devices when update available if required.
  9. In the App configuration table, click + to add a new configuration.
  10. Enter the keys and values obtained previously, then click Add.
  11. Click Save, then Close
