Jamf does not require you to provide confidential or sensitive personal data to use Jamf School. Jamf School only collects the minimum data required to operate the software, as well as any data you chose to enter in the hosted services to manage your devices. Jamf does not control or regulate any additional data that customers enter in the hosted services.
Information Collected for Computers and Mobile Devices
Computers and mobile devices can submit many types of inventory information to Jamf School. Basic inventory information—such as hardware, operating system, user and location information, security reporting, storage, and applications—is collected automatically.

Information Shared with Apple School Manager
When a connection between Jamf School and Apple School Manager is successfully established, you can chose to anonymize user data that is sent to Apple School Manager. For more information, see Apple School Manager Integrationin the Jamf School Documentation.
