- In Jamf School, navigate to in the sidebar.
- Click + Create Profile.
- Select Upload custom profile.
- Upload the Jamf Protect plan configuration profile file that you previously downloaded into the Profile file (.mobileconfig) field.
- Verify that the configuration profile settings are correct, and then click Next.
- Enter a name in the Profile name field, and then click Next.
- Deselect the Use time filter checkbox, and then click Finish.
- On the profile details page, click the + icon in the lower-left corner and choose the smart group that you previously created.
- Click the Settings
icon on the right side of the page and choose Change to automatic installation for all groups. - Click Save.
The Jamf Protect plan configuration profile is deployed to target computers the next time they check in with Jamf School.
