Smart groups allow you to organize devices based on one or more attributes, such as device type, building, model, or operating system. These groups have dynamic memberships that are updated each time devices check in with Jamf School.
- In Jamf School, navigate to in the sidebar.
- Click Add Group.
- Enter a name for the group in the Group Name field, and then click Smart Group.
- Click Members.
- Click Add Filter.
- From the select a rule pop-up menu, choose .
- Configure the rule so that Operating System equals macOS, and then click Finish.
