Once a year, you need to renew your APNs certificate with Apple. In order to renew your APNs certificate, you must use the same Apple Account that was initially used to create the certificate.
If the Apple Account cannot be located or accessed, contact Apple Support to migrate your certificate to a different Apple Account. For more information on contacting Apple, see Contact Apple for help with Apple Push Notification service certificates from the Apple Support website.
If you are renewing a push certificate that was originally obtained from Apple's iOS Developer Program (iDEP), you must use the Apple Account for the iDEP Agent account used to obtain the certificate.
Apple recommends that you use one Managed Apple Account for push certificates and a separate one for Apple School Manager.
