Removing Devices from a Static Device Group

  1. In Jamf School, navigate to Devices > Device Groups in the sidebar.
  2. Click the name of the device group you want to remove devices from.
  3. In the list on the left side of the pane, click Members.
  4. To remove multiple devices from the group, select the checkbox next to each device you want to remove and click Remove from group.
    Note:

    You can also remove devices from a group using a quick action command. For more information, see Quick Action Commands for Device Management.

  5. To remove a single device from the group, locate the device you want to remove and click the X on the right side of its row.
  6. Click Yes to confirm the changes.

The devices are immediately removed from the device group.
