If the device is not online, you can manually remove the MDM profile on the device.

  1. On the device, navigate to Settings > General > Device Management.
  2. Select “Jamf School Management”, and then click Remove to delete the management profile and any managed configuration profiles installed via Jamf School.
    Note:

    If your device was enrolled via Automated Device Enrollment (formerly DEP), you must either remove the profile tied to this device in Devices > Automated Device Enrollment or unassign the device from the Jamf School MDM in Apple School Manager.
