The following prerequisites are required to configure Jamf Protect with Jamf School.
Requirements
An active Jamf Protect subscription
At least one plan created in the Jamf Protect web app
At least one smart group in Jamf School to apply the Jamf Protect configuration profile settings to
You must also meet all Jamf Protect system requirements. For more information, see General Requirements in the Jamf Protect Documentation.
Limitation
Jamf School is not compatible with Jamf Protect's Add to Jamf Pro Smart Groups analytic action that is used for remediating analytic detections. For more information about Jamf Protect threat remediation, contact your Jamf Account Executive.
