You can filter devices in the device inventory based on criteria that you specify. After applying filters, you can export filtered devices to a CSV file, or send quick action commands to them. Filters are user specific.
- In Jamf School, navigate to in the sidebar.
- Click Filter in the upper right.
- Choose options in the Filter menu to apply filtering criteria.
To clear the filter criteria, click Reset all at the top of the Filter menu.
Note:
The Filter menu is collapsed by default. If you navigate away from the device inventory page without clearing the filter criteria, they will remain in place. When you return to the page, the number next to the Filter button will indicate the number of active filters even when the menu is collapsed.
