After configuring one-way or two-way synchronization settings, you can configure the automatic synchronization settings for Apple School Manager. If you only want to synchronize user-based app assignments, books, or devices purchased through Apple School Manager, you do not need to configure these settings because apps, books, and devices are automatically synced every 24 hours.
- In Jamf School, navigate to in the sidebar.
- In the Apple School Manager settings section, use the Synchronization payload to configure the synchronization time from the Automatic synchronization settings pop-up menu.
- Click Save.
The configured settings will now automatically sync from Apple School Manager to Jamf School during the time period you specified.
Note:
The time period is based on the configured server time zone for Jamf School. You can set the server time zone by navigating to and choosing the time zone from the Server Time Zone pop-up menu.
